For breakfast, start your day with a light meal of fresh seasonal fruits such as avocado, mango, pineapple, kiwis, and strawberries with a nice cup of herbal tea.
For lunch and dinner, enjoy cooked legumes, steamed veggies, and incorporate spices such as ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon. Bitter greens, cruciferous veggies, onions, and other astringent/pungent/bitter foods are also extremely beneficial during this time of the year.
