Over the last 13 years, I have done an enormous amount of work on myself and have immersed myself in studying a number of healing modalities with highly regarded teachers. These modalities include: Yoga, Ayurveda, Shamanism, REBT (Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy), and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I even opened a yoga studio and started an online platform designed around the ancient healing wisdom of Ayurveda so that everyone and anyone can have the tools they need to take their health and happiness into their own hands.
