Infused Coconut Temple Balls Recipe

Bite-Sized Temple Balls with Infused Coconut Oil
These no-bake medicinal Temple Balls are rich in flavor, packed with functional ingredients, and infused with Veda Warrior’s coconut oil for a dose of plant-powered healing. Inspired by Ayurvedic energy snacks traditionally used to sustain energy, support digestion, and build resilience, this recipe blends warming spices, fiber-rich fruits, and healthy fats. Each ball delivers 5mg of THC, making them ideal for those looking to nourish their bodies while easing stress, supporting inflammation response, or enhancing mindfulness throughout the day.

This recipe is perfect for travel, post-yoga recovery, afternoon grounding, or anytime you want to merge function with pleasure.


Dosing


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried mango

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • 1½ cups oats

  • ¼ cup coconut flour (adjust as needed)

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (or 1 tsp dried)

  • 1 tsp cardamom

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 (3oz) jar Veda Warrior Infused Coconut Oil (100mg THC)

  • 1 cup shredded coconut flakes

  • ½ cup chopped pistachios (optional topping)


Instructions

  1. Soften the fruit: Place dried mango and dates in a bowl. Cover with 1 cup of hot water and let soak for 1 hour. Reserve the soaking liquid.

  2. Make the base paste: In a food processor, pulse the mango, dates, and ginger into a chunky paste.

  3. Add infused coconut oil and spices: Add the Veda Warrior coconut oil, turmeric, cardamom, and half the oats and coconut flour. Blend until partially incorporated.

  4. Finish mixing: Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Add the rest of the oats and adjust the moisture level using either more coconut flour or a splash of the reserved soaking water until it reaches the texture of oatmeal cookie dough.

  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to allow the oats to soften.

  6. Portion and roll: Weigh or scoop into even portions (about 1.5 inches in diameter). Roll each into a ball, then roll in shredded coconut and/or chopped pistachios.

  7. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

  • For a lower does(2.5mg THC/serving): Roll 40 medicine balls of equal size, bringing each serving down to 2.5mg.

  • For a higher dose (10+mg THC/serving): Roll larger medicine balls of equal size, bringing each serving up to 10mg & higher.

  • Always mix infused coconut oil thoroughly for even THC distribution throughout.
