Infused with Ayurvedic inspiration, this latte blends pumpkin, warming spices, and coconut oil to nourish digestion, ease stress, and ground the body during the colder months. Designed to highlight the principle that food is medicine, this cozy drink supports both physical and emotional balance through the natural synergy of cannabis and plant-based ingredients.

THC dose per serving: Approximately 5 mg per 8–10 oz cup (using 2 tsp of Veda Warrior Infused Coconut Oil at 100 mg THC per jar).


Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice (dairy, oat, or almond)

  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée

  • 2 teaspoons Veda Warrior Infused Coconut Oil (≈ 10 mg THC total)

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 pinch ground cloves

  • 1–2 teaspoons sweetener of choice (optional – honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar)

  • Whipped cream and a cinnamon stick for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk and pumpkin purée over medium heat. Stir gently until the mixture begins to warm.

  2. Add the Veda Warrior Infused Coconut Oil and all the spices. Stir continuously until the oil melts and fully blends into the milk.

  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for 3–5 minutes, allowing the spices to release their aroma.

  4. Remove from heat and use a handheld frother or whisk to blend until creamy and slightly frothy.

  5. Pour into mugs, garnish with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick, and enjoy warm.
