This vibrant, nutrient-rich Infused Beet Hummus offers a beautiful way to integrate the Ayurvedic principle of food is medicine into your everyday table. Rooted in the earthiness of roasted beets, brightened with lemon, and enriched with Veda Warrior’s infused olive oil, this hummus supports digestion, circulation, and emotional grounding. The addition of cannabis provides gentle relaxation and anti-inflammatory benefits, making this an ideal recipe for both nourishment and mindful indulgence. Serve it as an energizing dip, a colorful spread, or as part of a grounding plant-based meal.

  • Servings per recipe: 20 servings

  • THC dose per serving: 5mg THC per serving

Ingredients

  • 100ml Veda Warrior Infused Olive Oil (100mg THC total)

  • 2¼ cups roasted beets

  • 2 large lemons, juiced (6–8 tbsp)

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 cup tahini, well mixed

  • 1½ tsp kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 ice cube (for texture)

  • Za’atar and/or sesame seeds (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the roasted beets, tahini, Veda Warrior olive oil, lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt, and the ice cube.

  2. Blend on high, using a blender baton or tamper to help achieve a smooth, creamy texture.

  3. Adjust seasoning to taste with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice.

  4. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Garnish with za’atar, sesame seeds, and an extra drizzle of Veda Warrior olive oil, if desired.

  5. Serve with raw or roasted vegetables, crackers, or as a spread in wraps and grain bowls.
