Infused Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

  • Infused Ingredient: 100ml Veda Warrior Olive Oil (1 unit = 100mg THC)


Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber

  • ½ tsp kosher or flaky sea salt

  • 2 cups plain whole-milk Greek yogurt

  • 100ml Veda Warrior Olive Oil (1 unit = 100mg THC)

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely grated

  • ½ cup chopped fresh mint


Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and use a spoon to remove the seeds. Grate the cucumber using a box grater.

  2. Place grated cucumber into a strainer and mix in ½ tsp flaky sea salt. Let it sit for 1 hour, stirring occasionally to release water.

  3. After draining, gently press the cucumber to remove excess moisture.

  4. In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber with the yogurt.

  5. Add lemon juice, Veda Warrior olive oil, and grated garlic. Mix well.

  6. Stir in chopped mint just before serving. Adjust seasoning with additional salt, if needed.
