Infused Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (1 jar) Veda Warrior Infused Ghee Butter (100mg THC total)

  • 1 cup granulated sugar (or substitute with coconut sugar for a lower glycemic option)

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

  • ¼ cup plain yogurt (to add moisture and aid digestion)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, cream together the infused ghee butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  4. Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract until well combined.

  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

  7. Fold in the yogurt to enhance texture and keep the bread moist.

  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
