Ingredients

¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature

¼ cup Veda Warrior Infused Ghee (substitute for some or all of the butter for a deeper, richer flavor; 100mg THC per jar, ~5mg THC per ¼ cup)

1½ cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs, room temperature

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp ground cardamom

½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line three 6-inch cake pans with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a standing mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter, Veda Warrior Infused Ghee, and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well between additions until the batter is pale yellow and airy. Stir in vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and all spices.
