Ingredients

  • ¾ cup passion fruit pulp

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 egg yolks

  • ½ stick unsalted butter, cold

  • ½ cup superfine sugar

  • 1 tbsp Veda Warrior Infused Ghee (100mg THC per jar; 5mg THC per 1 tbsp)


Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine passionfruit pulp, whole eggs, egg yolks, and sugar. Whisk to blend thoroughly.

  2. Set the pan over low to medium heat, whisking constantly. Cook gently until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon—do not let it boil to avoid curdling the eggs.

  3. Strain the curd through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl containing the cold butter and Veda Warrior Infused Ghee.

  4. Whisk until the butter and ghee are fully melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.

  5. Transfer the curd to a storage container. Place plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent a skin from forming.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.

  7. To serve: layer the curd with crumbled shortbread, pound cake, or crushed cookies in small glasses or jars to create individual trifles. Garnish with fresh fruit or edible flowers.
