Ingredients

1½ cups water

1½ cups milk (or oat/almond milk for a dairy-free version)

2 tbsp black tea leaves (Assam or Darjeeling)

1–2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

4 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed

3–4 thin slices of fresh ginger

3–4 whole black peppercorns

1 small cinnamon stick

2–3 whole cloves

1 star anise

Optional: pinch of fennel seeds

1 tsp Veda Warrior Infused Ghee Butter (100mg THC per jar = ~5mg THC per tsp)
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine the water and all the whole spices. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5–6 minutes to extract the aromatic oils.

Add tea leaves, milk, and the infused ghee butter. Return to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for another 5 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid boiling over.

Stir in sugar, adjusting to your preference.

Strain the chai into mugs using a fine mesh sieve.

Serve hot, ideally with a biscuit or shortbread for grounding.

Dosing Guidance
Always mix thoroughly to ensure even THC distribution. The jar itself is 100mg of THC, in order to dose correctly, please remeber that 1 tea spoon is 5mg of THC.
